  • What is the problem (no sound, blew up, etc.)?

  • What was going on when the problem began?

  • What happened once the problem finally blew the amp (smoke, burning smell, etc.)?

  • What is the timeframe for getting it fixed?

Pricing for emergency issues for touring musicians is discussed upon contacting DaDa but follows a DIY mindset. (DaDa’s 90-day warranty does not apply to these circumstances).
